Cusco Culinary Journey

We will commence our adventure with a hotel pickup at 9 am, followed by a minibus ride to the historic district of Cusco, where the exploration of Peruvian culinary delights begins.

During this excursion, we will stroll through key attractions in Cusco, including the vibrant San Blas neighborhood, famed for its artistic community. Our path will lead us to the Mercado Central de San Pedro, one of the city's most frequented markets.

At the market, you'll encounter a variety of food stalls and gain insight into essential Peruvian ingredients, ranging from fresh fruits and vegetables to an assortment of meats and cheeses.

As a highlight, you will have the opportunity to sample one of the iconic dishes of Cusco. The special offering may vary depending on the day; you could savor the renowned grilled chicken based on Roger Schuler's recipe, roasted guinea pig, or classic Peruvian ceviche. Whichever dish is presented, it promises to be a delightful experience!

Your Cusco culinary journey will conclude at the market around 12:30 pm.
