Scuba Diving for Beginners in Tarragona

Your journey begins at the Tarragona Marina, where you'll meet with your certified instructor at a time that suits you best. The instructor will provide a detailed briefing on the proper and safe use of diving gear. Once you’re prepared, you’ll gear up for your initial descent into the ocean.

Following the introductory training session, we'll head to a designated safe area along the Tarragona coast. Equipped and ready, we'll enter the water to embark on our diving experience. As we swim through the pristine Mediterranean waters, you'll have the chance to witness the incredible marine life that inhabits these depths.

This region of the Costa Dorada boasts a wealth of marine diversity, including species like round sardinella, Atlantic horse mackerel, ray's bream, sea bass, barracuda, sargo, and orada. The variety you encounter will hinge on factors such as water temperature, marine currents, and wind direction.

After our dive concludes, we’ll return to the beach to remove and pack away the diving equipment before heading back to Tarragona Marina. The entire excursion lasts approximately two to three hours from the start of our adventure.
