At the specified time, we will gather at the entrance of the Bodegas Romale winery in Almendralejo to embark on a detailed guided tour of this state-of-the-art winery and cava production facility.

Almendralejo serves as the heart of the Extremadura area known as Tierra de Barros, renowned for its ideal grape-growing landscape, characterized by nutrient-rich red clay soils. This region's climate, marked by scorching summers and frigid winters, also contributes to the cultivation of high-quality grapes.
