Tour Options

During the booking process, you can choose between the following options to enjoy an unforgettable experience:

Show + Standard Seats

This option includes seats in the standard area of the theater to enjoy Cirque du Soleil's JOYÀ show.

Show + Premium Seats & Apéritif

By selecting this option, you'll have premium seats to watch this show from a privileged location. Plus, you'll enter the theater 40 minutes earlier than the general access. During this time, you'll enjoy half a bottle of champagne per person, accompanied by four savory canapés and three sweet canapés. If you prefer, you can switch the champagne to wine, juice, or a soft drink.

Show & Standard Dinner

This option includes priority access 1 hour before the show starts. You'll sit in premium seats, located very close to the stage, and enjoy an exquisite dinner before the show begins.

The menu includes three dishes and half a bottle of champagne per person. Plus, to set the mood for the evening, there will be live music. If you prefer, you can have other beverages like wine, juice, or beverages instead of champagne.

Show & VIP Dinner

This is, without a doubt, the most exclusive experience of all. 1 hour and 10 minutes before the show, you'll have priority access to the theater, where you'll be greeted with a welcome cocktail in the VIP room.

Plus, you'll enjoy the best seats in the theater and a 3-course dinner, with unlimited champagne for the evening. You'll have all of this while you enjoy live music before the show begins.

Transport

Regardless of the option you choose, round-trip transportation to and from the show is included. During the booking process, you can choose whether you prefer transportation from your hotel or from a meeting point.

However, please note that hotel pickup is only available at specific accommodations.

The meeting points are as follows:

Plaza Las Perlas Shopping Center and Coco Bongo Playa del Carmen Nightclub:

• 5 pm show: pickup will be at 3:30 pm
• 6 pm show: pickup will be at 4:30 pm
• 7 pm show: pickup will be at 5:30 pm
• 8:15 pm show: pickup will be at 6:45 pm
• 9:15 pm show: pickup will be at 7:45 pm.

Plaza Antigua Shopping Center

• 5 pm show: pickup will be at 3:20 pm
• 6 pm show: pickup will be at 4:20 pm
• 7 pm show: pickup will be at 5:20 pm
• 8:15 pm show: pickup will be at 6:35 pm
• 9:15 pm show: pickup will be at 7:35 pm.
