Exploring the wildlife of the Dominican Republic is an essential experience. Embark on a memorable journey to Eco Park Punta Cana, where you'll encounter a variety of exotic animals and even have the chance to feed some of them!

Eco Park Punta Cana Experience

At the designated time, we will collect you from your accommodation in Punta Cana or Bayahibe to transport you to Eco Park Punta Cana, a sanctuary focused on the preservation of both local and exotic species.

Upon arrival, you'll be introduced to 17 distinct horse breeds and 16 types of cattle. A highlight of the visit is the chance to feed pigs, goats, sheep, and deer that inhabit this beautiful natural setting.

Additionally, you'll have the chance to milk a cow and enjoy a donkey or horse ride. The park features a river where you can explore using kayaks and bamboo rafts. If the weather is warm, feel free to take a refreshing swim.

Discover a traditional Dominican dwelling, a trapiche, and a dog rescue shelter. When we reach the river, you can experience a picturesque bamboo raft ride, surrounded by palm trees and a variety of tropical vegetation throughout the area. Be sure to look out for emus, peacocks, and the unique Ankole-Watusi cattle!

Following this exciting adventure, we will return you to your hotel approximately 4 hours after the initial pickup.

Hotel Pickup Instructions

This excursion includes hotel pickup from locations in Punta Cana on the operating days of the tour. Please note that pickup from Bayahíbe is available only on Thursdays and Sundays in the afternoon at an additional cost. A separate fee applies for pickups from Miches as well.
