Tour Overview

The Elqui Valley, with its fertile landscape, provides prime ingredients for creating exceptional drinks. After picking you up from your accommodation in La Serena, we will embark on an exciting adventure to explore one of the finest locations for savoring genuine pisco.

Our first stop will be Pisquera Capel, a historic cooperative representing over 1000 farmers from the Atacama and Coquimbo regions. Here, we’ll participate in a guided tour where we will delve into the intricate process involved in crafting Chile’s iconic beverage, pisco.

Next, we’ll make our way to the Cavas del Valle Organic Winery, situated in the semi-arid terrains typical of the Elqui Valley. Upon arrival, we will stroll through the vineyards and explore their rich history of winemaking passion. This will be followed by a guided tour of the various sections, culminating in a tasting of one of their outstanding wines. Enjoy!

Afterward, we’ll head to the renowned Guayacán Brewery in the charming village of Diaguitas. We will take a leisurely walk through the brewery, uncovering the intriguing world of craft beer. To wrap up the visit, we’ll indulge in a tasting of their finest beers before concluding our experience at this delightful brewery.

Finally, we will enjoy a delicious Chilean lunch at a local restaurant. Following this meal, we’ll begin our journey back to La Serena.

We’ll conclude our day by dropping you off at your hotel, approximately 7 hours after our pickup.
