Upon arrival at the designated time, we'll gather at Cala Paura before equipping ourselves with the necessary diving gear to kick off this exciting experience. Your eagerness to master the art of diving is evident!

Prior to our descent, a short theoretical session will be conducted, covering essential safety protocols. We will demonstrate how to operate the diving gear and familiarize you with the hand signals that will enable us to communicate underwater.

Next, we’ll embark on our diving adventure! Guided by our experienced instructor, we will submerge into the tranquil waters of Polignano a Mare, applying what we’ve just learned. During this dive, you'll experience a profound sense of serenity and weightlessness submerged, while taking in the beautiful aquatic plants and creatures around us.

As we conclude our underwater exploration, we will gradually ascend to the surface. A refreshing snack featuring an assortment of canapés, juices, and fresh fruit will help us regain our energy.
