We will gather at the Marina of Vila Franca do Campo at the prearranged time to commence our introduction to diving along the stunning southern coastline of São Miguel. If you feel apprehensive, there's no need to worry; your instructor will guide you throughout the entire process.

The initial segment of our excursion will focus on the theoretical aspects of scuba diving. Here, we'll examine all components of the scuba gear and understand the role of each piece of equipment. Additionally, we'll cover the various diving techniques and communication gestures used underwater, ensuring you acquire expertise quickly.

Once we have grasped the theoretical knowledge, we'll board a boat and equip ourselves with the necessary gear. Our journey will then take us to the nature reserve near Vila Franca do Campo islet, where we'll dive and apply our newfound skills. Throughout the dive, we will have the opportunity to marvel at the rich array of marine flora and fauna, along with exploring underwater canyons that date back to the 16th century, promising an extraordinary adventure.

After an engaging three-hour experience, we will conclude our diving exploration and navigate back to the marina by boat.
