Perched on the 52nd and 53rd levels of the Address Sky Views Hotel, at a height of 219 meters, the Sky Views Observatory showcases some of the most remarkable 360-degree panoramic sights of the Emirati metropolis!
From this vantage point, you will obtain a fresh outlook on Dubai, including views of the magnificent Burj Khalifa and the renowned Sheikh Zayed Road.
Additionally, you can traverse the stunning glass pathway connecting the Sky Views towers. Step outside the structure and experience a stunning perspective of the city – a perfect chance for photographs!
Operating Hours
The Sky Views Observatory welcomes visitors from 10 am to midnight, with the last entry at 11 pm.
Glass Slide at Sky Views Observatory
Upon booking, you can choose the Sky Views Observatory Entrance + Slide package, which grants you access to the thrilling glass slide linking both floors of the tower. Are you ready for this exhilarating journey through the Dubai skies? You will descend from the 53rd to the 52nd floor!
Edge Walk Admission
If you're interested in exploring the outside ledge of the Sky Views building in Dubai, consider opting for the ticket for the Sky Views Observatory + Edge Walk.

Información importante
You'll need to present this voucher at the Sky Views Observatory entrance, located at The Address Sky Views in Tower 1 (Level 1), next to the residents' entrance. You can't access the Sky Views Observatory from any other tower.
- Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
- The maximum weight supported on the glass slide is 220 lbs (100 kg) and the maximum height is 78.7 in (200 cm).
- The slide can only be used once per person.
- Please note that baby strollers are not allowed on the tour. Baby strollers, shopping bags, backpacks, and sports bags must be stored in the cloak room located near the entrance. After the tour, you can pick up your belongings before leaving Sky Views Dubai.

The opening times of the Sky Views Observatory are from 10 am to midnight. Please note that the last access is at 11 pm.
