Explore the genuine essence of the iconic and contemporary city with an overnight adventure in the dunes surrounding Dubai. Here, you will experience the charm of a Bedouin camp complemented by luxurious amenities.

Activity Overview

Your journey begins with a hotel pickup in Dubai, followed by a ride to the impressive Lahbab Desert where this unforgettable adventure kicks off.

Upon arrival, we'll take a brief 20-minute rest before boarding a 4x4 Land Cruiser for dune bashing, one of the highlights of the day. Driven by an experienced professional, you will navigate through the sand, experiencing thrilling skids and climbs over these majestic dunes.

Next up is sandboarding. You will receive a board to glide down the slope at high speed, after which we will head to our campsite for the night. Upon our arrival, you'll be greeted with traditional coffee, tea, sweet treats, and dates. Following this, get ready for a scenic camel ride as the sun sets.

Once the camel ride concludes, you will have time to explore the camp, unwind while smoking a hookah, or indulge in getting a henna tattoo. As night descends, enjoy captivating traditional dances, an Arabian horse performance, a camel showcase, a falcon display, and a mesmerizing fire performance. The artistry of the dancers is sure to leave a lasting impression.

After the entertainment, savor a tasty barbecue dinner featuring authentic local dishes, with vegetarian options available. To conclude the meal, a nashaat dancer will provide a lively performance.

The day wraps up next to a bonfire where we can gaze at the spectacular beauty of the Milky Way through a telescope before drifting off to sleep in our Bedouin tent.

On the following day, we’ll rise 15 minutes before dawn to relish the spectacular sunrise on a brief camel ride. A delightful breakfast will follow before we return to your hotel in Dubai, with an expected arrival at 9 am.

Dune Bashing Guidelines

Please note that children younger than 5 years and pregnant women are not permitted to join the dune bashing activity and must wait at the camp during this segment of the tour.

The tents provide private accommodations for up to 4 adults and one child. Larger groups will be accommodated in multiple tents as necessary.

Considerations during Ramadan

Throughout the sacred month of Ramadan, you will still be able to enjoy the shows in the desert camps, although there may be limitations on dance performances, and alcoholic drinks will not be available.
