We will arrange for your pickup from the hotel at the designated time and embark on a journey to Valle de Ojos Negros, arriving at Cava de Marcelo.

Our adventure begins at Baja California’s highest winery, located at an altitude of 1,640 feet (500 meters). Welcome to Infinito Winery, where you can take a guided tour of the premises, stroll through the vineyard, and sample wine at your leisure.

Following our visit to Infinito, we will continue to our next destination, soaking in stunning views along the route. You will be captivated by the picturesque rural scenery, where the vivid green shades of the vineyards blend seamlessly with meadows occupied by grazing dairy cattle. Cava Marcelo is renowned as the principal artisan cheese producer in Baja California. During our time here, we'll explore its facilities and learn about the company’s rich heritage, which has thrived for over 100 years.

As part of our visit, we will pause in one of the dining areas to indulge in a delectable cheese tasting paired with exquisite wine, both made on-site. You’ll have the opportunity to savor various renowned Ramonetti cheeses while also discovering how to identify the subtle nuances of these culinary delights.

After enjoying the tasting, we will proceed to the restaurant on the ranch, La Casa Marcelo, where a delicious lunch awaits, featuring organic produce sourced from Valle de Ojos Negros and Guadalupe. This culinary experience is certainly not to be missed!

Your day will conclude as we return you to your hotel after a fulfilling 7-hour experience.
