Go City: Stockholm All-Inclusive Pass

This voucher isn't a ticket and can't be exchanged for physical tickets or used to access tourist attractions.

In your confirmation email, you'll find an attached PDF file. Please check that the file contains the passes purchased with a unique QR code for each user. If you don't receive the PDF, please contact us via our web form.

Downloading the electronic pass won't activate it. In order to use your tourist card, you can present the QR code that appears on your printed or electronic pass at the entrance to the attractions. You should save the PDF compatible with mobile devices so that you can easily open it and display it on your mobile phone to access the attractions.

The Go City Stockholm All-Inclusive Pass is personal and non-transferable, valid for consecutive calendar days only.

The card is activated when used for the first time. It's recommended that you activate it first thing in the morning to get the most out of it. If you have any problems using the card, please contact customer services at +44 0207 293 0972.

The Go City Stockholm All-Inclusive Pass entitles holders to access the included tourist attractions without additional payment. Admission to attractions is subject to the days of validity of the card.

The Go City Stockholm All-Inclusive Pass provides admission to attractions for 1 day or the days following its purchase until its validity expires. The Go City Stockholm All-Inclusive Pass provides access to attractions only once. Visits to facilities are voluntary and the responsibility of the cardholder.

Local public holidays may affect the opening of some of the attractions included on the card. Holiday closures won't be grounds for a full or partial refund of the card price.

Although you'll be asked for a start date when making your reservation, you can use the service for 12 months after its purchase
