At the designated time, we will gather in the Piazza Santa Croce. Here, we will admire the impressive facade of the basilica before stepping inside to commence our guided exploration.

Entering from the left side of the structure, our guide will lead us in appreciating the remarkable treasures within. We'll encounter some of the earliest masterpieces, including a sculpture honoring the author Giovanni Battista Niccolini.

Our journey will take us through the most exquisite chapels of the basilica, showcasing the artistic brilliance of figures like Giotto, known for his magnificent frescoes, and Donatello, creator of the imposing crucifix at the high altar. Santa Croce Basilica is celebrated not only for its vast artistic collection and size but also as the final resting place of many distinguished personalities, including Michelangelo, Machiavelli, Galileo Galilei, and Rossini.

Following our exploration of the principal areas and the sixteen chapels, the tour will conclude with a visit to the crypt and a view of the bell tower.
