Your adventure begins at the Plaza de la Catedral. As you board this vibrant urban train, you will travel through the key highlights of this historic town nestled in the Sierra de Granada, which showcases remnants from Roman, Arab, and Christian eras. Setting off from Guadix's historic center, the train will navigate its cobbled streets teeming with history, passing notable sites such as the Roman Theatre and the churches of San Miguel, Santo Domingo, and La Magdalena. The route also features the Cathedral of the Annunciation, a glistening example of Renaissance design.
To delve into Guadix's Nazarite heritage, the train will circle the Alcazaba, the ancient Arab wall, the old alcaicería, and the Jewish quarter. Furthermore, as you journey past the monument celebrating the Cascamorras festival—recognized as Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity—you will gain insight into this fascinating event.

You can pick up your tickets for the Guadix tourist train at the "Rey Zagal" souvenir shop in the Plaza de la Catedral. The establishment is open every day from 10:30 am to 2 pm and from 5 pm to 8 pm.
