The guided tour commences at 10 am from the main entrance of the hacienda, situated on the outskirts of Ica.

You will be welcomed with a refreshing drink: adults can savor a canned chilcano, while children will enjoy a fruit juice. Following this warm reception, the guided exploration of the distillery at the hacienda of La Caravedo will begin.

Your first stop will be the historic facilities established in 1684, where you will observe traditional equipment such as the wine press, the grape press, and the falcas utilized in the production of pisco. Subsequently, you will proceed to the modern sections of the distillery to learn about the contemporary methods employed in the crafting of this iconic Peruvian spirit.

The tour will then lead you to the stables of La Caravedo, where a diverse range of animals await, including Peruvian jumping horses, ponies, alpacas, guinea pigs, peacocks, and guinea fowl.

After exploring the stables, take a refreshing dip in the cozy swimming pool of hacienda La Caravedo—remember to pack your swimsuit! Following your swim, indulge in a tasting session featuring three international gold medal-winning piscos.

This tasting will surely stimulate your appetite, culminating in a scrumptious lunch. The set menu includes three courses along with your choice of water or a soft drink.

Once you've replenished your energy, you are welcome to linger at the hacienda until 6 pm.

If your interest lies solely in the distillery, you can choose to partake in a tour focused on the production area where pisco is crafted. This alternative experience includes a tasting of the renowned spirit.
