- Each traveler is permitted to bring 1 medium suitcase (dimensions: 67 cm (26.3 in) high, 48 cm (18.8 in) wide and 27 cm (10.6 in) long) or 1 small suitcase (dimensions: 55 cm (21.6 in) high, 40 cm (15.7 in) wide and 25 cm (9.8 in) long), along with 1 personal item (such as a backpack or shoulder bag). Any extra suitcases or those not adhering to the guidelines will incur a 100BRL surcharge per journey.
- In case of excess luggage, travelers must provide 24 hours' notice. If notice isn’t given, boarding will be at the driver’s discretion based on passenger count and available space.
- Special items like surfboards, prams, and folding wheelchairs must be reported in advance, as an additional fee of 100BRL will apply, subject to item size and availability.
- For hard-to-reach accommodations requiring a support vehicle, the traveler must assist with the transfer of luggage between vehicles.
- The responsibility for luggage rests entirely with the passenger.

Meet at the following point in Ilha Grande: Vila do Abraão central dock. Please arrive at least 30 minutes in advance of the scheduled departure time.
Boarding Fee
Please be aware that a boarding fee of 10.30BRL per person must be paid on the day of the activity. The fee does not apply to local residents, registered service providers, people with disabilities, children under 5, or seniors over 60.
Luggage Policy

- In the case of difficult-to-access accommodations where a support vehicle is necessary, the passenger must accompany the transfer of luggage between vehicles.
