Our day begins at 10 am, where we'll rendezvous by the iconic Clock Tower, a symbol of the city’s heritage. Here, while sipping on delicious Turkish tea, we will delve into the significance of this landmark.

As we continue, we will wander the vibrant streets of Izmir, stopping at notable sites such as the Yal? Mosque, the National Library, and the Opera House. Amidst these historic monuments, you'll have the chance to sample various traditional Turkish pastries—from almond to walnut, the choice is yours!

Once we've indulged our sweet cravings, we will savor one of Turkey’s quintessential dishes, börek. Enjoy not only the delightful flavor of this savory pastry but also observe the artisanal process behind its creation.

Next on our culinary itinerary, we'll refresh our palate with a chilled fruit sorbet, followed by a taste of tangy Turkish pickles and the famously addictive Turkish ravioli.
