At the scheduled time, we’ll meet at the entrance of Palacio San Dionisio, the perfect setting to immerse ourselves in the rich universe of Jerez Sherry wine. Ready to begin?

Once the group is gathered, we’ll step inside this 19th-century building, officially listed as a cultural heritage site, and begin learning all about the wines of Jerez. The palace is home to The Sherry Gallery, the only museum in the world dedicated exclusively to Sherry wine. After a brief introduction to the history of the building, we’ll head up to the first floor.

We’ll continue through rooms devoted entirely to Sherry wine and brandy, discovering countless fascinating facts along the way. The exhibition includes historic bottles and unique, high-value pieces. We’ll also visit the temporary exhibition rooms, where you’ll learn about the restoration process of the palace and the importance of its most distinctive architectural features.

In the final part of the tour, we’ll explore The Sherry Gallery, an immersive space where wine comes to life through interactive touch screens, sensory experiences focused on aromas, a 360-degree viewer of historic bottles, and digitized labels. It’s a dynamic and engaging way to understand the legacy of Sherry.

To conclude on a high note, we’ll relax in the tasting room and sample 4 different Sherry wines, the perfect finishing touch to the experience.
