Trip Overview

Day 1

Your adventure commences with an early morning pickup from your accommodation in Kemer, setting off towards one of Turkey's most enchanting destinations. Are you ready to explore Cappadocia? Let’s begin!

As we traverse the magnificent Taurus Mountains, situated at an impressive altitude of over 1800 meters (5,900 ft) above sea level, you'll be treated to stunning panoramas of peculiar rock formations that define Cappadocia’s unique landscape.

Our first destination is the underground city of Saratli, historically constructed by Christian communities to safeguard against invasions. While wandering through its narrow pathways, hidden homes, fortifications, and a quaint church, you’ll uncover intriguing tales of its past.

Following our exploration, we will pause for approximately an hour to enjoy lunch at a local restaurant. Refreshed, we will proceed to the Göreme Open Air Museum, where you can marvel at rock-hewn churches and chapels.

We’ll conclude Day 1 around 4:30 pm upon our arrival at the hotel for the night. You’ll have the evening free to relax and dine at your leisure.

Day 2

After enjoying breakfast at the hotel, we’ll embark on the second day of our Cappadocia adventure, beginning with a visit to the mesmerizing Fairy Chimneys.

Our initial stop will be the Devrent Valley, where you can gaze at these magnificent rock formations exhibiting astonishing shapes. Next we’ll travel to the Monks Valley in Pasabag, taking in some of the most iconic vistas while learning about the formations' history and their significance, both historically and today.

Continuing our exploration, we will delve into the Valley of Love. Along the way, you’ll discover the fascinating backstory of how this valley earned its evocative name!

After our tour, we will enjoy a lunch and a brief rest. Energized, we will continue to absorb the enchanting landscapes of Cappadocia, a locale that is sure to leave a lasting impression!

As the day wraps up, we’ll return you to your hotel in Kemer in the late evening, around 8 pm.
