We'll begin our adventure by collecting you from your accommodation in Lima at the agreed time, setting off towards the bustling Callao, home to Peru's largest seaport.

Arriving in Callao, our culinary exploration will take flight with a visit to the lively Minka market. Here, we'll dive deep into an array of fresh fish and seafood sourced from the South Pacific. Our next stop is the celebrated Rovira restaurant, where we can relish their famed bread served with local silverside fish.

The journey continues as we explore the town’s historic port, which was once the vital maritime hub during the colonial period in South America. A relaxing boat ride will follow, allowing us to glide through the scenic bay of Callao while our guide shares intriguing tales about the town's history.

After our boat excursion, we will visit an authentic "cevichera de carretilla," a local ceviche vendor, where we can savor the true flavors of the area. Following this, we will head to a charming restaurant by the port for an engaging session on how to prepare ceviche and pisco sour.

To complete our meal, we will enjoy a sumptuous lunch featuring the freshest seafood, sure to leave a lasting impression.
