Our journey begins with a pickup from your location in downtown Lima, as we make our way to the picturesque Lurin Valley. This area is home to the pre-Inca archaeological remains dedicated to Pachacamac, the deity believed to be the creator of the universe by the indigenous Andean cultures.

On our way, we will pause in the artistic district of Barranco, where we will uncover its history as a quaint fishing village and its transformation into an upscale coastal retreat. Following our exploration of this vibrant urban landscape, we will continue to our main destination: Pachacamac.

During our 30-minute exploration, we will dive into the heritage of the Andean civilizations and gain insight into the everyday lives of the Moche, Huai, and Inca societies. As we navigate through the breathtaking Pachacamac Citadel, we will delve into the area's renowned oracle, whose significance elevated it to one of the principal ceremonial hubs of the Inca Empire.

We will approach the remains of the Temple of the Sun, an impressive structure constructed by the Incas using thousands of adobe bricks. From the heights of this temple, you will be treated to stunning vistas of the Pacific Ocean, the majestic Andes Mountains, and the expansive area where these sacred ruins are located. Our tour will also take us to the primary archaeological sites within the citadel, including Acllawasi, a revered location where virgins lived, who were offered annually to the Sun God in sacrifice.

The experience concludes with a return trip to your hotel in Lima after approximately 3 hours.
