Activity Overview

Your adventure begins as we pick you up from your hotel at the scheduled time, kicking off a day dedicated to discovering the diverse nature, pristine beaches, and breathtaking scenery of this picturesque area of Puerto Rico. Don’t forget to bring your swimsuit and towel!

We will first head to El Yunque National Forest, renowned as the only tropical rainforest in the U.S. Upon arrival, we will dive into the beauty of the region by exploring the inviting Mameyes River. In the La Barrigona section, you will encounter waterfalls and natural pools created by nature's artistry. El Yunque is a vital ecological area and deeply significant to the local culture.

As we meander through El Yunque, you will be able to bathe in the natural pools nestled beneath the waterfalls. After spending approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes in this tranquil mountain setting, we will continue our journey to Luquillo and its exquisite beaches.

Luquillo, celebrated as the “city of eternal summer,” boasts some of the most iconic beaches in the area, featuring a coastline that stretches nearly 20 kilometers (12.43 miles). It’s a favored spot for both surfing and leisurely beachside relaxation. You will have 3 hours to unwind at the beach, take a swim, and savor local cuisine at charming restaurants nearby.

Afterward, we will reconvene and return you to your hotel, concluding the tour after a delightful 6 hours.
