By acquiring the Montpellier City Card, visitors can enjoy unlimited access for 24 hours to the public transport system, gain free entry to the key museums in the city, and take advantage of a range of discounts on entertainment, shopping, and various activities.
What Benefits Come with the Montpellier City Card?
This card grants access to a selection of ten significant attractions and museums, including:
- Museum of Contemporary Art MO.CO.
- Fabre Museum
- Brut Art Museum
- Parcelle473 Urban Art Center
- Moulages University Museum
- A complimentary glass of wine at L'Arbre Blanc's terrace
- Flaugergues Castle Gardens
- One guided tour (reservation needed), with customizable schedule, language, and topic available in this guide. Be aware that some sites may not be accessible on Mondays and during French public holidays.

Note that free admissions or discounts may change; hence it is advisable to check the operating hours of attractions beforehand, as these can vary throughout the calendar year and particularly during holiday seasons.
Unlimited Public Transportation
No matter which City Card you select, it encompasses unlimited access to public transit for 24 hours, including all TAM buses and trains.
How to Use It?
Upon purchasing your card, head over to the local Tourism Office in Montpellier to collect it. The office's address is Rue Allée Jean de Lattre de Tassigny, 30.
Your card activates on first use, allowing you 24, 48, or 72 hours to enjoy its benefits from that moment.
Be aware that all guided tours require prior reservation through the Tourism Office and are subject to modifications.
Office Hours
The Tourism Office in Montpellier operates at the following hours:
- July to September: Monday to Saturday, 9:30 am to 1 pm and 2 pm to 7 pm; Sundays and holidays, 10 am to 1 pm and 2 pm to 5 pm
- October to June: Monday to Saturday, 10 am to 1 pm and 2 pm to 6 pm; Sundays and holidays, 10 am to 1 pm and 2 pm to 5 pm
- Holidays: closed on December 25th and January 1st; the office closes at 5 pm on December 24th and January 1st
Be advised that these hours are subject to change.
Children's Access
- The Montpellier City Card is not available for younger children.
- For each adult holder, it is possible to purchase one or two city cards for children aged 6 to 17.
- Children under 6 do not require a Montpellier City Card.

The Tourism Office of Montpellier, where you can pick up your card, is open:
