Our journey begins at 3:30 pm when we gather outside the Tourist Office of Oropesa del Mar to embark on our adventure. A comfortable minibus will transport us for a 30-minute ride to Villafamés.

Upon arrival, we will embark on a guided exploration of the historic center of the village, which holds the designation of Site of Cultural Interest. As we wander through Villafamés, you will learn how its elevated position on a hill has influenced its rich history.

Notable sights include the façade of La Asunción church, the iconic stone houses typical of the area, and the castle that dates back to the period of Muslim influence. Would you like to uncover the fascinating history behind these landmarks?
