Better known as Le Corbusier, Charles-Édouard Jeanneret-Gris was among the most influential architects throughout the early 20th century. In 1929, he conceived a groundbreaking residence in the town of Poissy, located just an hour away from Paris, which would go on to transform design history: Villa Savoye.

The innovative architecture of Villa Savoye serves as a key example of International Rationalist Architecture, emerging in the early 20th century. This design movement, often referred to as the Modern Movement, is characterized by the use of reinforced concrete, expansive windows, and rooftop gardens. All these elements are manifest in the villa designed by Le Corbusier in Poissy.

Visiting Hours

Villa Savoye welcomes visitors daily except on Mondays, during the following hours:

• May 2 to August 31: from 10 am to 6 pm
• September 1 to April 30: from 10 am to 5 pm
• December 24 and 31: from 10 am to 4 pm

Please note that the last entry is allowed 30 minutes prior to closing.

Complimentary Admission

Entrance to Villa Savoye is complimentary for:

• Young individuals aged 18 to 25 from the European Union.
• Children under 18, regardless of nationality.

Additionally, free entry is available for all visitors on the first Sunday of each month between January 1 and March 31, and from November 1 to December 31. It will also be free to enter during the third weekend of September.

To obtain the mentioned free admission, you must visit the on-site ticket office and present a document certifying your eligibility for a complimentary ticket.
