Madidi National Park 3 Day Trip

Experience the breathtaking beauty of the Bolivian Amazon on this 3-day adventure through the stunning Madidi National Park. You will be immersed in the world's most biodiverse protected region!

3-Day Journey in Madidi National Park

Day 1

We will meet at the designated pickup location in Rurrenabaque, from where we will navigate to the riverport. Here, a scenic boat ride along the Beni River will commence.

After approximately 2 hours on the water, we'll reach the Madidi National Park and Integrated Management Natural Area. Following ticket control, we will continue for another hour on the Tuichi River. During this voyage, keep an eye out for the magnificent Bala Mountains and various bird species such as herons and kingfishers.

Following our exploration, a buffet lunch on board will be served as we glide through the magnificent landscapes of Madidi. Our day concludes at a camp, where dinner awaits and we'll spend the night under the stars.

As the day comes to a close, partake in a Pacha Mama ceremony to rejuvenate body and spirit.

Day 2

After enjoying breakfast at the camp, we will embark on a trek to discover the local wildlife and plant life. Expect to encounter monkeys, snakes, toucans, and an array of insects. Additionally, we’ll explore medicinal plants native to the region, learning about their uses and preparations.

Post-lunch, we will gather at the camp to participate in an artisan workshop using local seeds and palm materials. The remainder of the afternoon will be yours to relax and explore. As night falls, we’ll set out on a night walk to observe the region's nocturnal creatures!

Day 3

On our final day, early risers can enjoy the stunning sunrise. After breakfast, another hike will await us, showcasing the incredible biodiversity of this enchanting natural reserve in Bolivia.

We'll return to the camp for lunch, followed by our trip back to Rurrenabaque. We expect to reach the meeting point by 5:30 pm.
