Santorini Sunset Boat Tour

Tour Overview

Your adventure begins at the appointed hour, when we will depart from the old port of Fira, boarding a boat heading towards the stunning volcanic islands nestled in the Santorini Caldera. Prepare for an exciting exploration!

After a brief 10-minute ride, we will dock at the picturesque port of Nea Kameni, home to the active volcano. Here, you will have approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes to wander and immerse yourself in the rugged terrain, which features diverse volcanic formations and craters that still release smoke and a robust sulphur scent.

Our next stop will be the island of Palaia Kameni, renowned for its healing thermal waters. Within the Agios Nikolaos bay, the water temperature hovers between 30-35 °C (86-95°F), while it mingles with the sea. You will enjoy 30 minutes of leisure time, giving you the chance to descend the boat's ladder into the shimmering sea and swim approximately 30 m (98 ft) into the bay, where the inviting mud baths await.

Following your soothing swim, we will return to the boat and continue the journey around the breathtaking Santorini Caldera. As we sail back, take in the stunning vistas and capture pictures of the idyllic landscape and the charming houses that precariously perch on the cliffs, all beautifully illuminated by the vibrant hues of the sunset. This is truly a captivating experience in the Aegean Sea.

Once the sun dips below the horizon, we will make our way back to the starting point, concluding our time together after a delightful 4.5-hour adventure.
