Details of the Boat Experience
The exclusive boat tour of the Borromean Islands sets sail from the Port of Stresa or any pier you prefer. During the booking process, you can select to explore 1, 2, or all 3 islands. Are you prepared for an adventurous day?
Your group will have a dedicated boat for the duration of the trip. Depending on your chosen islands, this experience will last between 2 to 7 hours.
Throughout the excursion, feel free to disembark and embark at your preferred intervals, considering the schedule and islands on your itinerary. You’re in control of your own journey!
At the conclusion of your boat trip, we will return to the agreed meeting spot.

Welcome to the Borromean Islands, a picturesque archipelago in Lake Maggiore, consisting of three enchanting islands: Isola Madre, Isola Bella, and Isola dei Pescatori. Which islands are you eager to discover?
Picture lush mountains, tranquil waters, and vibrant houses... As you embark on your boat trip, you'll witness the iconic beauty of Lake Maggiore.
On Isola Madre, besides admiring the Palazzo Borromeo, take some time to wander through its stunning botanical garden. If Isola Bella is more to your liking, explore the summer residence of Count Vitaliano VI and its exquisite Renaissance gardens at your leisure.
Did you know that Isola dei Pescatori is the sole inhabited island in the group? Experience the local lifestyle as you stroll through its charming streets. Are you feeling hungry? If you wish, enjoy some fresh fish for lunch at a local eatery—it's entirely your choice!
