Selinunte Acropolis & Beach Excursion

Our journey begins at the designated meeting point on Via Ammiraglio Staiti, where a minibus will transport us to the Acropolis of Selinunte, approximately a 1 hour and 30-minute drive from Trapani.

Upon arrival, you will have a generous two hours to wander through the archaeological site, equipped with an informative audioguide to enhance your visit.

As you explore the acropolis, numerous temples will come into view, remnants of one of the most significant cities of Ancient Greece. These structures, which date back to the 5th century BC, were dedicated to deities like Zeus, Hera, and Apollo. Informative panels will shed light on the fierce rivalry between the cities of Segesta and Selinunte, as well as the historic battle that ensued for supremacy.

Following your exploration, we will reconvene after about 4 to 5 hours to return you to the starting location.
