Description
Our journey begins at Plaza Sotomayor at the scheduled time. From there, we'll make our way to Cerro Playa Ancha, renowned for its expansive residential area.
A public bus will transport us closer to this district as we commence our exploration of Playa Ancha. Are you aware that it houses some of the city’s most stunning Victorian residences? Their architecture may remind you of the iconic buildings in San Francisco, California.
As we stroll through the streets, we will venture into historic warehouses and local shops, gaining insights into the rich Porteño culture. Along the way, breathtaking views of Valparaiso Bay await, perfect for capturing memorable photographs.
Concluding this delightful experience after approximately two hours, we will return to our starting point.

Please be at Plaza Sotomayor in Valparaiso, in front of the fire station, 5 minutes before the indicated time. You´ll recognize your guide by his green sweatshirt with the Ecomapu Travel logo.
The weather conditions are important for this tour to be able to go ahead. The free tour will be cancelled in the event of fog, drizzle, rain or other adverse conditions due to the topography of the area and the slipperiness of certain steps and passages. As well as this, it's not possible to fully appreciate the attractions in the area with bad conditions.
