On the day of your train ride, head to the Brightline West Palm Beach train station (260 Quadrille Plaza Drive, West Palm Beach FL 33401). Please be sure to arrive at least 30 minutes before the scheduled train departure.
After booking, you'll receive an email from City Tours with your train tickets. In order to board the train, you must present these tickets either printed or electronically. If you don't receive an email within 48 hours of purchase, check your spam folder or contact us.

Please note you can bring up to two carry-on bags without an additional fee and a personal item, such as a small bag, backpack, or purse. Carry-on baggage must not exceed 50 lbs (approximately 23 kg) or the external dimensions of 24x16x10 inches (61x41x25 cm).
