Pickup Times

Hotel pickups in Wroc?aw will take place between 4:45 and 11:45, aligning with the guidelines set by the Auschwitz management. This timing ensures an orderly visitor flow and helps avoid overcrowding.

• Visits to the camp are required to be guided by authorized personnel, and external guides are not permitted. Guide confirmations occur 12 to 16 hours prior to the activity.
• A minimum group size is required for each operator to grant access to the camp with a guide; thus, if this number isn’t met, the activity may be canceled or rescheduled.
• We secure tickets and guides once the minimum attendance is achieved; however, last-minute bookings may not guarantee available guides, potentially leading to cancellations.
