Osorno Volcano Day Trip

Your adventure begins with a pickup from your hotel in central Puerto Montt at 8:30 am. We will head towards Lake Llanquihue, following a scenic route along the shore, allowing you to appreciate the natural beauty surrounding the Osorno Volcano.

As we make our way around the lake, we'll arrive at the town of Ensenada, entering the Vicente Pérez Rosales National Park. This national park is a highlight of the region! Inside this protected area, we'll start our ascent to the Osorno Volcano ski station.

On our journey, we will catch glimpses of the volcano crater and enjoy breathtaking panoramic views of the River Pertohué valley and other towering volcanoes that frame Lake Llanquihue. Curious about the lake's origins? You’ll discover its fascinating history as we climb the volcano's slopes!

Upon reaching the ski station, you will have about an hour of free time to take in the spectacular views. You can relax at the cafeteria or choose to ride the Osorno ski lift at your discretion. The lift allows you to ascend up to 1450 meters on the first stretch, and 1750 meters on the second, offering truly breathtaking views of the lake below!

Once our time at the volcano is complete, we will begin our return journey to Puerto Montt, arriving around 1:30 pm.

Please note that this activity is not available for cruise passengers due to the inability to arrange pickup at the port.

Hotel Pickup

The activity includes pickup exclusively at hotels located in central Puerto Montt, but not at apartments. If your accommodation is in an apartment or located further away, we'll meet at the entrance of the Hotel Ibis (Diego Portales 1001, 5480000 Puerto Montt, Los Lagos).
