As we reach our destination, you'll be awestruck by the sight of the massive boulders that define this landscape. The name Puerta del Diablo (Devil's Door) is steeped in a captivating legend that we will delve into while wandering through this natural park, uncovering its history and geological marvels.

Next, we'll ascend to the crystal lookouts, where you'll have the opportunity to gaze upon the majestic volcanoes of San Salvador and San Vicente. With the backdrop of the Salvadorean capital, be prepared to capture this picturesque moment!

Our journey continues as we take in the scenic beauty of the El Chulo and El Chulito mountains before reaching the entrance of the Puerta del Diablo Cave. Here, we'll pause to appreciate a stunning vista of the town of Panchimalco, so have your cameras ready!

We will then stroll along the mountain of El Chulito, making our way to the Plaza Típica, a hub filled with vendors offering Salvadorean cuisine. To recharge, we will stop at a traditional pupusa restaurant where you can indulge in these delectable thick cornmeal cakes filled with various ingredients. Enjoy a delightful pupusa-making workshop and treat yourself to your very own creations!

Having savored this authentic dish, we will proceed to Planes de Renderos, a serene town perfect for observing the daily rhythms of life in El Salvador.

Concluding this 4-hour excursion, we will return you to your hotel.

Optional Zipline Adventure

For those seeking an extra thrill, consider adding an adventurous zipline experience to your itinerary! This option will allow you to glide through the air above the stunning landscape at La Puerta del Diablo.

After completing the earlier parts of the tour, you'll ascend to the summit of one of the rocky peaks to access the zipline platform. Are you ready?

Equipped with your gear, you'll soar down a 508-foot (155 meters) zipline, soaking in the spectacular views of the volcanoes and the valley below. For a thrilling two minutes, you'll experience the exhilaration of freedom and rush!

Please be aware that the zipline experience is not operational during September and October. Additionally, the maximum weight limit to participate is 260 pounds (118 kilos).
