Your adventure begins with a pick-up from your accommodation in Äkäslompolo, followed by a trip to a local reindeer farm in Finland, where care and training of these delightful Lapland reindeer take place.

Upon arrival, you will have the chance to meet these gentle animals, then climb aboard a reindeer sleigh to embark on a captivating ride through the pristine, snow-covered forests of Äkäslompolo. This journey spans approximately 4 kilometers, showcasing some of the most breathtaking winter vistas imaginable.

Throughout the excursion, your guide will share fascinating insights about the locations you traverse and the reindeer themselves. To warm up during the outing, we will pause to allow the reindeer a moment of rest while enjoying a hot beverage accompanied by homemade cookies—a delightful remedy against the winter chill!

After approximately three hours, the enchanting experience will conclude as we return to your hotel.
