Private Tour of Taj Mahal and Agra Fort

Upon reserving your tour to the Taj Mahal and Agra Fort, you have the option to select from two different experiences:

Sunrise Experience

Your journey will commence with a pick-up at 6:30 am, where a private vehicle will transport you to the Taj Mahal, one of the Seven Wonders of the World. The colossal monument’s grandeur and rich history have likely captured your attention before, but now you will witness it firsthand as the early rays of the sun cascade over the exquisite marble mausoleum, a lasting tribute constructed by Emperor Shah Jahan in 1632 for his cherished wife, Mumtaz Mahal. The magnificent sunrise will leave an indelible mark on your memory.

Subsequently, we will proceed to explore our second destination of the morning: the Agra Fort, another architectural marvel nestled within the city. From its elevated towers, revel in panoramic views of the Yamuna River, Agra itself, and, of course, the Taj Mahal, located approximately 1.2 miles (2 kilometers) away.

Once the visits are complete, we will return you to your hotel, train station, or Agra airport by 11:30 am.

Morning Experience

The itinerary for this option mirrors that of the sunrise experience, with the exception being a pick-up at 8 am to commence your exploration of the two iconic landmarks in Agra. First, we will guide you to the Taj Mahal, the primary tourist attraction in India, where you will delve into its captivating historical romance.

Following that, we will visit the Agra Fort, designated as a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1983. As you explore, discover the secrets behind its distinctive red hue, and uncover the fascinating history surrounding Emperor Akbar, the mastermind behind the fort's construction.

Upon concluding the tour, you will be returned to the initial meeting point by 1 pm.
