Bento Gonçalves Cheese & Wine Experience

Our adventure begins with a pickup from your accommodation in Bento Gonçalves, setting off at the scheduled time to explore the premier wine estates in the Serra Gaúcha region. Exciting, isn’t it?

Throughout our winery visits, participants will delve into the advanced techniques implemented in large-scale wine production alongside the heritage methods cherished by smaller producers focusing on artisanal yield.

Our initial stop will be at the Aurora Cittá winery, where we will spend approximately 1 hour. This impressive establishment, founded in 1931, holds the title of the largest winery in Brazil, formed by cooperative families dedicated to viticulture. After our exploration, we’ll indulge in some exquisite Devorata chocolate truffles available in the shop.

Next, we will visit the Michele Carraro winery for a 40-minute tour. Following this, we’ll proceed to the Valbrenta cheese factory, where knowledgeable staff will guide us through the delightful process of cheese production.

After immersing ourselves in these significant aspects of the region's culinary landscape, we will return to your hotel approximately four hours after the commencement of our tour.
