Our meeting point is set for 200 m (656 ft) north of the Bon Appetit restaurant at the specified time. From here, we will commence our exploration of Oktari Monteverde, an exclusive reserve conveniently located near Santa Elena's center, providing an exceptional backdrop for observing wildlife amidst nature. Let us begin!

The adventure kicks off as we enter a pathway enveloped by lush greenery, where the surroundings shift dramatically with the setting sun. During our trek, we will navigate natural trails that feature unpaved paths, adorned with mossy textures, gentle springs, and up to four bridges, each offering vantage points to appreciate nocturnal wildlife in their environment.

As we progress through the tour, we will delve into the fascinating world of the cloud forest ecosystem and discover its unique residents: bioluminescent insects, tree frogs, armadillos , and perhaps even a sloth or kinkajou perched above us—a true nocturnal expedition!
