Typically, fewer people are present early in the morning and during meal times.

The day before the booking date, our local team will send you the official ticket (in Chinese) via email or WhatsApp.
You must bring the original passport (physical format) that was used during the booking process.
You'll need to show the official ticket you received (printed or on your phone) along with your passport so that the security crew can scan the information and grant you access.
Please note that, even with your booked ticket, you'll still need to go through security checks and wait in line to enter. This wait can be considerable (sometimes more than an hour).
