We will gather at the footvolley academy, conveniently located along Avenida Atlântica near Copacabana Beach, at the appointed time. Here, the instructors will warmly welcome us and introduce this thrilling beach sport.

Once we arrive at Copacabana Beach, we will explore the origins of footvolley. Originating on this very beach in Rio de Janeiro, you'll learn about its fascinating history. Following this, we will engage in a series of warm-up exercises tailored specifically for the sport, helping you get physically prepared and enhancing your reflexes through dynamic movements.

Next, we will delve into fundamental skills such as serving, receiving, setting, and attacking. The coaches will provide guided instruction, ensuring we grasp each technique effectively. The session will culminate with an opportunity to join a match. Teams will be formed based on skill levels, promoting a lively and competitive atmosphere.
