Early in the morning, we'll meet at Tino Rossi pier, where we'll board our boat to set off on our glorious trip along the western coast of Corsica island.

Along the maritime trip, you will enjoy impressive views of the strange rock formations that this coastline is famous for. This corner of the island is also a sanctuary for a large variety of birds, such as the peregrine falcon and the osprey.

The boat will reach the peninsula of Scandola, a land and marine nature reserve which was declared a UNESCO World Heritage site in 1983. This area is formed by volcanic rock which rises up from the sea in extraordinary shapes and colours. You will cruise beneath the grottos that have been shaped from millennia of wind and sea erosion. The sight of the striking red and yellow tones contrasting against the deep blue Mediterranean will only leave you awestruck.

The boat continues its journey to the Gulf of Girolta, a beautiful setting featuring the 18^th century Genovese tower which dominates the fishing village of Girolta. We will make a two hour stop for you to explore the tiny picturesque streets and have some delicious local food in one of the restaurants.

On the return journey, you will pass the pretty coves of Piana and gorgeous Cape Rosso which, like Scandola, forms parts of an area of amazing volcanic landscapes.
