Your day begins with a pickup from your accommodation in Arenal at the arranged time, as we make our way to the magnificent Arenal River and waterfall region, where the thrills await at La Roca Canyoning.

As we navigate through the rich Costa Rican jungle, keep your eyes peeled for diverse bird species and wildlife along our route to the Arenal River canyon. A safety briefing will prepare you for the excitement ahead before we jump into the day's main activities.

We will cross rivers and streams until we reach several stunning vertical waterfalls where we will rappel down with safety ropes. Conquering the Arenal Canyon walls is merely the start – you will also have the chance to zip line over the canyon, giving you an extraordinary view of the surrounding jungle!

Enhance your experience in the Arenal River by taking a cool swim in the natural pools. For those seeking an extra thrill, there’s even an option to leap from the tops of the waterfalls.

After a refreshing dip, we will enjoy a tasty local lunch at one of the eateries nestled within Mystic Park.

After three hours filled with excitement and adventure, we’ll escort you back to your hotel in Arenal.

This experience includes a pickup service for guests staying in the central area of Arenal, stretching from La Catarata-La Palma to Tabacón Arenal.
