Tour Overview
We will gather at the entrance of Aceites Oro Bailén at the designated time to commence this guided tour. Notably, this olive mill received the accolade of Best Olive Mill in the World 2025 from the World’s Best Olive Oils.
The visit will kick off with an introduction in the audiovisual room. Following this, we will explore the premises while gaining insights into the production journey of one of the world’s premier extra virgin olive oils, encompassing everything from reception and cleaning to bottling and storage.
The experience culminates with a delightful olive oil tasting, where you will sample varieties from Oro Bailén and grasp the foundational aspects of sensory analysis. This exquisite tasting serves as the perfect conclusion to our visit!
Ultimately, we will conclude our tour after a duration of 1.5 hours.

- During the visit, the olive oil mill machinery will be in operation. Please follow all safety instructions at all times.
- It’s important that young children are held by the hand in the cleaning and extraction areas, where noise levels can be high.
- The visit to the olive grove depends on weather conditions and the condition of the access road. If it can't take place, the proportional amount corresponding to that part of the visit will be refunded.
