Transfer to Ilha Grande

Your adventure begins with a pickup from your hotel in Cabo Frio, as we set off westward towards Ilha Grande.

After enjoying a comfortable ride lasting approximately 3.5 hours, we will reach Rio de Janeiro. Here, we will take a one-hour break to switch vehicles and accommodate additional passengers flying into Santos Dumont Airport or Galeao International Airport.

Continuing our journey from one of the airport terminals, we will make our way to Marina Porto Real. Upon arriving at the port located in Conceição de Jacareí, we'll board a speedboat that will transport us to Vila do Abraão Pier, a primary docking area on Ilha Grande.

On this enchanting island in the Atlantic, immerse yourself in idyllic beaches, including the renowned Praia do Demo and Praia de Lopes Mendes. Take the opportunity to explore stunning snorkeling spots like Praia da Julia and relish the taste of local cuisine. With an abundance of recreational activities at hand, you are destined to have an exceptional day at Ilha Grande.

Luggage Policy

Each traveler is allowed to carry 1 medium-sized suitcase (measuring 67 cm (26.3 in) in height, 48 cm (18.8 in) in width, and 27 cm (10.6 in) in length) or 1 small suitcase (55 cm (21.6 in) high, 40 cm (15.7 in) wide, and 25 cm (9.8 in) long) plus 1 personal item (which can be a backpack or shoulder bag). A fee of 100 BRL per journey will apply for extra luggage or non-compliant suitcases.
Should there be excess baggage, passengers must provide 24 hours' notice. If not notified, the driver reserves the right to permit boarding based on the number of passengers and available space.
For special luggage items like surfboards, baby strollers, or folding wheelchairs, prior notification is necessary, as an additional fee of 100 BRL will be imposed, subject to item size and availability.
In instances where accommodations are hard to reach and require a support vehicle, passengers are expected to assist with luggage transfers between vehicles.
Passengers are solely responsible for their luggage.

We'll pick you up from your hotel in Cabo Frio, but please be sure to be ready to go at least 10 minutes before the scheduled pickup time.

Additionally, please note that the stop at Rio de Janerio/Galeao Airport to change vehicles and pick up additional passengers can be anywhere from 5 minutes to 1-hour.

Boarding fee

Please note that on the day of the activity, you will have to pay a boarding fee of 10.30BRL per person. Local residents, people with disabilities, children up to 5 years old and people over 60 years old are exempt.
