Day Trip to Xel-Há Natural Park

We will begin our journey early in the morning with a pickup from your hotel, setting off southwards towards the Xel-Há natural park. This early arrival allows us to make the most of a thrilling day filled with aquatic adventures.

By reaching the park before the bulk of visitors, you'll have the opportunity to book your preferred activities ahead of time, ensuring a day spent unwinding and exploring the natural streams, lakes, and underground pools, all infused with the vibrant turquoise waters of the longest underground river in the world.

Options for the Activity

During the booking process, you can select the type of ticket that suits you best. Here are the differences between the available options:

Xel-Há Light Ticket

This ticket provides access to the following:

Unlimited snorkeling
River tubing
Entry to adventure zones, cenotes, caves, meliponario, and nurseries
Access to the lighthouse and sliding areas
Unlimited soft drinks through self-service machines (including mineral water and soft drinks)
Locker, towel, and snorkeling gear
Use of bicycles, floats, and life jackets

Xel-Há Natural Park All-Inclusive Ticket

This option includes an all-inclusive pass to the Xel-Há natural park, which entails:

Access to over 20 aquatic activities
Buffet breakfast served from 9:30 to 11:30
Snacks available from 11:30 onwards
A selection of traditional Mexican and international cuisine
Unlimited drinks including a complimentary bar for national-brand alcoholic drinks

It is very important that you confirm the exact time and meeting point at least 24 hours before the date of the tour through the following contact info:

Hours of operation:

Monday to Friday: from 7 am to 8 pm
Saturdays: 7 am to 4 pm

Pickup operates from different hotels in Cancun, Playa del Carmen and the Riviera Maya, so pickup time will vary depending on hotel location and local traffic conditions.

Tours and days of operation are subject to change and availability. We cannot assure pickup at a hotel where you are not staying, taking into account that some hotels' policies do not allow visitors to access their property.

Grupo Xcaret guides will be dressed in red t-shirts with the Xcaret logo on the back for easy identification.

The guides will say the name of the tour out loud.

At the time of pickup, upon boarding the bus you must present your printed or digital voucher and a physical or digital copy of a valid photo ID. This is a requirement to obtain the park access bracelet.

Recommendations

Remember that you must bring proof of purchase.
Remember to bring a bathing suit, water shoes, a change of clothes and a towel.
Your sunscreen and insect repellent should only contain titanium oxide and zinc oxide. If not, you can exchange them at the entrance for a chemical-free sample, and they will be returned to you on the way out.
We recommend bringing cash or a card to buy souvenirs or photos.

Important

Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
Children under 12 years old over 1.40m tall must also show identification to prove their age.
You cannot change the date on the same day as your visit.
The snorkelling equipment, as well as all the material necessary to carry out the activities, must be returned at the end of the activity.
