Ourense & Allariz Day Trip

At 9 am, a minibus will pick you up from your accommodation for a journey to the Spanish border. Once we cross into Spain, we will make our way to Ourense, the southernmost province of the Galician region.

Your first destination will be the city of Ourense, where you’ll embark on a guided tour. As we explore the historic center, we will visit As Burgas, a famed collection of fountains, thermal baths, and springs boasting water temperatures exceeding 60 degrees Celsius. Discover the charm of this unique site!

Next, we will proceed to Plaza Mayor, home to the impressive Town Hall façade. Following this, we will continue our walk to Plaza de San Martín. In this square, admire the intricate architecture of the Ourense Cathedral, a beautiful fusion of Romanesque and Gothic styles.

After the city tour, you will enjoy an hour of free time to have lunch in the historic district. Once you’ve relished your meal, we will travel to Allariz, recognized as one of the most picturesque villages in Ourense. Here, we will wander through the town and admire notable landmarks, including the Church of Santa Clara and the Romanesque Church of Santiago.

Finally, we will return to your accommodation, with a scheduled drop-off at 5 pm.
