Your adventure commences at 9:45 am with a pickup from your accommodation in Cholula, as we embark on a journey to three delightful destinations: Chautla Hacienda, Lavender Fields, and Val'Quirico.

After approximately 45 minutes on the road, we will arrive at the Hacienda de Chautla, a historic estate dating back to the 18th century. Here, you’ll be greeted by a sprawling lake, a charming chapel, and a kitchen showcasing an impressive array of Talavera pottery. Our visit will also include a tour of the striking English castle nestled within the estate. From its turreted red and white exterior, you can gaze upon the historic site of Latin America's first hydroelectric dam and explore what was once its grand hall of arms.

Next, we head to Rancho San Martin, where the stunning lavender fields will captivate your senses, appearing as a vibrant sea of violet. Participate in an engaging workshop where you’ll discover the properties, uses, and benefits of lavender, along with a hands-on experience making your own lavender soap. To complete the workshop, savor a delightful coffee paired with a pancake – can you guess the flavor?

Our final stop will be Val'Quirico, arriving around 2 pm. Here, you will have an hour of leisure time to grab lunch and explore this charming replica of a medieval Italian village. Wander through its narrow lanes and admire the architectural beauty of stone, adobe, wood, and brick structures that will transport you straight to Tuscany!

We will conclude our visit by returning to your hotel in Cholula at 5 pm.
