We will collect you from your accommodation at the scheduled time and transport you to the venue where the cooking class will commence. Are you prepared for an authentic exploration of Ecuador’s culinary heritage? Let’s begin!

Our culinary journey kicks off with a visit to a local market, where you will handpick fresh ingredients sourced from local farmers. After gathering the necessary items for our cooking session, we will proceed to the welcoming home of a local family, where we will delve into some of Cuenca's cherished recipes.

As we step into the kitchen, the real excitement starts! Under the guidance of the chef, we will embark on a culinary adventure, creating delightful dishes such as locro de papas (potato soup), seco de pollo (chicken stew), empanadas, and fritadas. Vegetarian alternatives will also be made available for those who prefer them!

Perhaps the most enjoyable part? Once we conclude the cooking class, we will gather around the table to sample the quintessential flavors of Ecuadorian cuisine. A true treat!

Following this enriching experience, we will return you to your accommodation in Cuenca, concluding our time together approximately three hours later.
