1 to 2 days before the tour, the local provider will confirm by email or WhatsApp the exact pickup time and the departure station for the day of the activity.

If the activity is canceled due to strikes or adverse weather conditions, we’ll offer you an alternative date. If rescheduling is not possible, you’ll receive a full refund except for the Machu Picchu tickets (approximately 200PEN), which are non-refundable.
