Experience a remarkable day trip to Cairo by plane, where you will journey from Sharm el-Sheikh to explore the wonders of the Pyramids, the magnificent Sphinx, and the impressive Grand Egyptian Museum.

Details of the Day Trip

At the scheduled time, we will collect you from your accommodation in Sharm el-Sheikh and proceed to the airport. Our flight to Cairo will take less than an hour.

Upon our arrival in the capital of Egypt, we will board a minibus that will take us to the Grand Egyptian Museum, which opened its doors in November 2025. This museum showcases an extensive collection chronicling over 5,000 years of history, featuring unique treasures and artifacts from ancient Egypt. Among its highlights are the colossal statue of Ramses II, the solar barque of Khufu, and the renowned treasures of Tutankhamun.

Next, we will savor a traditional lunch at a restaurant with stunning views of the Giza pyramids, which are celebrated as one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World. Following lunch, we will venture to the plateau housing these extraordinary tombs, capturing photographs and delving into their storied past.

We will discuss the construction of the pyramids, the duration of their building, and the enigmas they conceal, as we stroll beside these iconic symbols of ancient Egyptian civilization.

In addition, conversations will revolve around the great pharaohs Khufu, Khafre, and Menkaure, culminating at the Great Sphinx of Giza. You will then have an hour of free time to explore the surroundings at your own leisure.

Finally, we will journey back to Cairo airport for our return flight to Sharm el-Sheikh. After a full 13 to 14 hours, we will ensure you are dropped off at your hotel.
